Tasting Notes:

Cardamom spice, confected yellow peaches and bergamot with lime pith are all evident on the nose. The lees influence gives aromas of almond butter, banana cream and hints of vanilla pod. The acidity balances the richer flavours, giving a fresh palate with confit lemon and tart tangerine with lightly toasted almonds on the finish.

Viticulture:

The fruit is grown in an elevated site in the Yarra Valley. Granitic soil, sustainably managed, NE facing aspect - 24-year-old vines, a blend of 2 clones - Mendoza and Gin Gin.
